Other:Was born in Minsk, Belarus on the 21th of January 1962. In 1980 finished school 50 with profound study of physics and mathematics. The same year entered the physics faculty of the Belarusian State University.



Education



- 1984: graduated from the Physics Faculty of the Belarusian State University.

- 1987 – 1991: a post-graduate student, the Department of Solid State Physics of the Belarusian State University.

- 1994: got the PhD degree at the Belarusian State University, the PhD thesis: “The structural and phase changes in during subsecuent implantation of nitrogen and boron ions”.



Professional career:



1974 – 1979: an Engineer, the Department of Solid State Physics of the Belarusian State University.

1980 – 1985: a junior researcher, the Research Laboratory “Physics of ion-plasma modification of solids”, the Department of Solid State Physics of the Belarusian State University.

1980 – 1989: a scientific associate, the Research Laboratory “Physics of ion-plasma modification of solids”, the Department of Solid State Physics of the Belarusian State University.

1989 – a Senior researcher, the Research Laboratory “Physics of ion-plasma modification of solids”, the Department of Solid State Physics of the Belarusian State University.

2011 – a Director the Research Laboratory “Physics of ion-plasma modification of solids”, the Department of Solid State Physics of the Belarusian State University.
