Brief information:

Born on November 20, 1976 in Minsk. In 1998, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Physics of the Belarusian State University (the Department of Semiconductor Physics), in 1999 – the Master's courses of the Belarusian State University. Since 1998, he has been working at the Energy Physics Department. In 2004, under the guidance of Professor A.K. Fedotov, he defended Ph.D. thesis on "Electrical activity of intergrain boundaries in poly- and bicrystalline silicon" (specialty 01.04.10 – Physics of semiconductors). Since 2006, he has been combining scientific and teaching activities. In 2010 A.V. Mazanik assigned the academic title of Associate Professor. From 2018 to January 2022, he was the Head of the Energy Physics Department. Head of a number of completed and ongoing projects within the framework of the State programs of scientific research of the Republic of Belarus, agreements with the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research, international contracts. He took the active part in the implementation of the scientific and technical programs of the Union State "Cosmos-NT" and "Nanotech-SG", as well as educational projects within the international programs Tempus and Erasmus+. Author of over 100 articles in the Scopus-indexed journals.
